1. Registration Fees and Tuition Fees （for 2009）

a）For Undergraduate and Graduate Students
Registration Fee : ￥ 282,000
Annual Tuition : ￥ 535,800
In addition to the above there are separate fees for personal accident insurance for students pursuing education and research or educational support groups.

b）For Research Students
Registration Fee : ￥ 84,600
Tuition（6 months）: ￥178,200

c）For Credit-Course Students
Registration Fee : ￥ 28,200
Tuition（Per credit）: ￥14,800

2. Financial Assistance
a）Exemption from Tuition Fees
In cases of financial difficulties concerning payment of tuition, undergraduate and graduate students with superior academic achievement are eligible to apply for exemption from payment of tuition fees.

b）Honors Scholarship
Self-supporting undergraduate, graduate and research students, having been screened for their academic achievement and character, may be awarded financial support. As of 2009, these are estimated to be are \48,000 per month for undergraduate students, and \65,000 per month for graduate students and graduate research students.

c）Other Sources of Financial Support
There are several types of financial assistance available from local public foundations and private companies.
